“For some background knowledge, Design makes me nervous. I’m not sure exactly how to pull looks and colors together. So, my friend had been using Francis James design and had been raving about how amazing and wonderful. 

When we purchased a new sofa for our downstairs, I needed to pick out an ottoman to go with it. Right away I started feeling nervous about what would go together well. I decided to contact Kaitlyn from Francis James design. I’ll admit I was nervous to speak with her, additionally the distance made me nervous. But honestly as soon as our FaceTime call begin, I could feel my anxiety disappear. Kaitlyn was so warm and kind. She instantly made me feel at ease. She saw things right away that helped us with our space. Some suggestions I was even able to implement straight after the phone call. Face Timing with her was the same as if she was in the room with me. She took room measurements and listened to my needs for the space. She was so quick in returning our design plan back to me. The design plan included affordable beautiful options and we were blown away. We completed the space based off her plan and when people come to our house, they ALWAYS Compliment the space. Plus, it’s so functional. She met our needs in so many ways. We reached back out to her to redo our master bedroom. And we will use her for many more rooms in our house. I was eight months pregnant when we moved into our new house and needed some major help getting it decorated before the baby came. Given the fact that I am the worst at decorating and it gives me severe anxiety, these ladies saved my life! They came in, looked at my space and asked me some questions about my vision.
